1. Acceptance of Terms

1. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ccn9 platform (including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, slots, and payment services), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2. These Terms apply to all users regardless of the device or method used to access ccn9, including desktop browsers, mobile web browsers, and any ccn9 application.

Users in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited must not access or use the platform.
3. Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4. One Account Only. You may hold only one active ccn9 account. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, ccn9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
5. Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ccn9 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. ccn9 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials.

3. Account Rules

1. ccn9 accounts are personal to the registered user and are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your ccn9 account or any rights therein to any third party.
2. You must notify ccn9 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. ccn9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account pending a security review upon receiving such notification.
3. ccn9 reserves the right to verify your identity before processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, or payment method verification documents.
4. Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or bet activity) for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ccn9 will contact you at your registered email address before applying any dormant account administration fee as permitted by applicable law.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

1. Currency. All transactions on ccn9 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ccn9 does not perform currency conversions on behalf of users.
2. Accepted Methods. Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment methods listed on the ccn9 cashier page, which may include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT (TRC20). Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 across all accepted payment methods. ccn9 reserves the right to modify this minimum at any time.
4. Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5. Withdrawal Processing. ccn9 will use reasonable efforts to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the cashier page. Standard processing times are 1–3 hours for JazzCash and Easypaisa and within 24 business hours for bank transfers. ccn9 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
6. Source of Funds. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ccn9 will not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits from unknown or unverifiable sources will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
7. Withdrawal to Own Account. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
8. Transaction Limits. ccn9 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits at the platform level or at the individual account level based on verification status and risk assessment.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

1. All bets placed on ccn9 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. Game-specific rules are available within each game's information panel.
2. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the user, except where a Cash Out option is explicitly offered and available for that specific market at the relevant time.
3. ccn9 reserves the right to void bets placed due to a software error, data feed error, odds error, or market suspension. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your account balance.
4. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. Limits are displayed within each game before a bet is placed.
5. ccn9 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet or payout per account without prior notice if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a user is engaging in professional or systematic betting that poses unacceptable commercial risk.
6. Live casino results are determined by physical outcomes at the physical dealer table and are final. RNG game results are determined by independently certified random number generation software and are final.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

1. ccn9 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, and promotions to registered users. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion and must be read before participating.
2. ccn9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without notice, provided that any promotion already accepted and in progress will be honoured under the terms active at the time of acceptance.
3. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements, or using automated tools — is prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
4. Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ccn9 and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Money laundering or any activity designed to obscure the origin of funds;
• Providing false or misleading identity information;
• Creating or using duplicate accounts;

• Any form of fraud, including chargebacks on legitimate deposits;

ccn9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct and to retain any balance held in such accounts to the extent permitted by law.

8. Intellectual Property

2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ccn9 platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, sell, or create derivative works based on any ccn9 content without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

1. ccn9 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ccn9 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
2. ccn9 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, loss of winnings due to system downtime, internet connectivity failures, force majeure events, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
3. ccn9 shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment processor failures, regulatory action, or acts of God.
4. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

2. By registering on ccn9, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and regulatory compliance purposes.
3. ccn9 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with third-party service providers strictly for the purpose of providing the ccn9 service, including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game providers.

11. Responsible Gaming

1. ccn9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All users are encouraged to set and maintain deposit limits, session time reminders, and loss alert thresholds through their account dashboard.
2. You may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days at any time. During a cooling-off period, you will be unable to deposit or place bets. The cooling-off period cannot be cancelled once initiated.
